この作品は「視えること」と「視えないこと」が重なり合う場所に焦点を当てたシリーズである。
風景を構成するのは、明確な形だけでなく、光の揺らぎや空気の湿度、そして記憶や時間の層といった目に見えない要素でもある。
それらの要素が断片的に集積されることで、風景は単なる「今・ここ」の記録ではなく、過去や他者、あるいは存在しないものの気配までも内包した、複層的な場として立ち上がってくる。
日本の幽玄の美意識を背景に、確かには見えないけれど、静かにそこに在る何か…。それを写し取ることがこのシリーズの主題である。「こなた（此方）」に立つ私たちが、ふと「かなた（彼方）」を感じる瞬間。その境界の揺らぎを探している。
This series focuses on a space where the visible and the invisible converge.
A landscape is not composed solely of defined forms, but also of intangible elements such as the flicker of light, the humidity of air, and the layered presence of memory and time.
Through the fragmentary accumulation of these subtle presences, the landscape emerges not as a simple record of the “here and now,” but as a multilayered site that holds traces of the past, of others, and even of what may never have existed.
Rooted in the Japanese aesthetic of yūgen—the beauty of the unseen—the work seeks to capture something that cannot be clearly perceived, yet quietly resides within the scene.
It is in the moment when we, standing on this side (konata), sense the presence of the far side (kanata), that the boundary begins to waver. This series is a search for that trembling threshold.
